Mini-FAQ

1) Do I get a confirmation email? (where do I meet you)
Yes, within a few seconds of booking you’ll get a downloadable/printable confirmation on the screen with meeting point details on the Old Town Square, photo, map, Google Maps link and my contact number. This is also emailed to you a few minutes later and is followed by a tour reminder 48 hours before the tour begins.

2) I didn’t get a confirmation email what does that mean?
There are two common reasons: 1) First check your SPAM folder as it may have gone there. 2) The booking has failed for some reason so in that case just CONTACT ME and just to be sure, please leave your contact number including country code so I can call in the event of an email issue. I’ll check the status of the booking and we’ll sort it out.

3) The tour is not on the date/time that I wanted?
The schedule is published months in advance to give people booking options but if it’s not matching your requirement then CONTACT ME and I’ll try my best to change things around to accommodate your request.

4) How do I pay?
Credit card, Debit card or via a PayPal account. The exact process for paying is straightforward, secure and can be seen on the Payment Process page. A cash payment is possible under certain circumstances.

5) Do you do private tours?
Any scheduled tour can be booked privately so long as nobody else has already booked places. There are also options for tailored routes and duration etc. Just CONTACT ME and we’ll work out what you need. Price is quoted based on the duration of the tour and any requested extras (tram tickets etc).

  1. The tour with Jason, three of us in total! makes you wonder why people join tours with 30+ in a party. Jason is so knowledgeable about Prague, the architecture and culture, it makes you think how little you know about your own place of residence.
Its a lot of walking and tiring in the heat but well worth every step. Highly recommended.
